There’s nothing like the magic of meeting, learning and networking in person, in 2022 we connected in Berlin and Brussels. We are excited to announce registration is now open and for the first time we will be in Hamburg 14-16 November at CCH – Congress Center Hamburg. We will be kicking the conference off with a Sustainability Day at 2:00 PM on 14 November with 3 hours of dedicated sustainability content.

Registration is open at the lowest registration rates for conference, don’t miss out on these savings! We are looking forward to connecting in person with hundreds of our industry peers and partners. Advocating for Sustainable, Efficient, and Seamless Business Travel

Last month a delegation of GBTA staff and European members gathered together in Brussels to advocate for the unique priorities of the business travel sector. Over the course of three days, the group attended sixteen meetings with policymakers, trade associations, and subject matter experts.

The goal of these engagements was to address key challenges and opportunities faced by the industry, such as the promotion and adoption of Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF), promoting multimodality, and refining the Payment Services Directives (PSD2/3) to better accommodate the needs of business travellers.

GBTA Presents Award at European Mission Awards

Nominations are now open for the international European Business Travel Industry awards, by Newsteca, the Italian publishing house specialising in business travel and corporate mobility, including Mission magazine and the corporate mobility news site Missionline.

The awards include 8 categories and 33 awards for business travel suppliers and travel managers in Europe.

Awards will be presented at a Gala evening, on 2 October at the Teatro della Pergola in Florence.
