How Technology Impacts Traveller Behaviour & Safety

According to research from the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) in partnership with SAP Concur, over two-thirds of business travellers book air and hotels directly or through an online travel agency (OTA). While travellers book through alternative channels for convenience and pricing, this booking behaviour has serious implications on duty of care, as organisations might not have systems in place to capture their travel plans if they book outside of corporate channels.
