Are Corporate Hotel Programs Riding the Traveler Experience Wave?

This research examines the role of traveler satisfaction in the hotel RFP process. It is based on a survey of U.S. and Canada-based travel buyers. It compares buyer priorities against traveler preferences, derived from past GBTA research. It finds that buyers are often on the same page with their travelers. However, there is sometimes a disconnect, which can bring about dissatisfaction and non-compliance.
