Are priorities of travel programs changing? While cost remains important, companies also prioritize traveler well-being. This study examines the role of traveler satisfaction in the hotel RFP process. It is based on a survey of U.S. and Canada-based travel buyers. It compares buyer priorities against traveler preferences, derived from past GBTA research.
